SamSarah sells only wholesale. Retail customers must ask a shop or on-line vendor to order for them. Since I have no minimum order, special orders are never a problem. My fabulous distributors, Hoffman Distributing and Norden Crafts, cannot possibly stock every chart that every designer has ever published. When they make space in their warehouse for new titles, I still have the charts in my warehouse.

Wholesale customers can mail, fax, phone or email an order. We have cable telephone, which comes complete with a goofy voice mail system. If we're on the phone when you call, it sends you to voice mail after one ring (no busy signal here!) There is also no signal that you've left a message, so unless I happen to pick up the phone to make a call and hear the stutter dial tone, I don't know I have messages. (If you leave a message and I don't get back to you within a day, I'm either out of town or forgot to pick up the phone to check for messages.)

I accept checks, Visa and MasterCard. International orders are credit card only. U. S. shops may establish a net 30 account by completing a credit application. I'll also need your state resale or business license certificate number.

Chart prices are not listed in our online catalog. A separate order sheet is available by email with wholesale prices.

We invite shops only to sign up for "First Look." First Look is our monthly preview of upcoming releases with a photo and supply list, sent on the 15th of the month before new charts release. This gives you time to order supplies and be ready for inquiries from customers. Since "First Look" is a wholesale only email, we will ask for documentation of your resale certificate to sign up.
