Info for Retail Shops
Orders
SamSarah sells only wholesale. Retail customers must ask a shop or on-line store to order for them. Since I have no minimum order, special orders are never a problem. Every chart (even a “vintage” chart) is still available. My fabulous distributors - Hoffman Distributing and Norden Crafts, Ltd. - cannot carry every chart that every designer has ever published. When they make space in their warehouse for new titles, I still have the charts in my warehouse.
Wholesale customers can mail, fax, phone or email an order. It’s usually easiest to email, since I work full-time on the button company, but if you have a question, feel free to call the house. We have cable telephone which comes complete with a goofy voice-mail system. If we’re on the phone, it sends you to voice mail after one ring (no busy signal here!) We also must call periodically to find out if we have messages, because there is no signal that a message has been left. If you leave a message and I don’t get back to you within a day, please try again (because I have forgotten to check for messages.)
I accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. International orders are credit card or PayPal only. U.S. shops may establish a net 30 account by completing a credit application. I’ll also need your state resale or business license certificate number.
Chart prices are not listed in this online catalog. Feel free to let your customers look and make wish lists. A separate order sheet is available by email with wholesale prices. There is also an emailed “Price-less Wish List” available
to print out and give to your SamSarah Collectors. Both are updated monthly (or whenever I can get to it!)
