The Flock: Checkerboard Bird

The Flock is a progression of twelve full size charts, each containing a segment of the framed piece, Faith, plus a coordinating stitched and formed Flock Assemblage.

Faith is stitched over two on 30 count over-dyed linen using two strands of over-dyed cotton floss and embellished with hand-dyed buttons (lots of dyeing going on.) Flock Assemblages are stitched on perforated paper with the same colors of floss. Complete finishing instructions are included in each chart. Check the video section for a bent-wire bird leg demo.
